Common questions
Do I need detection before I choose a repair?
Almost always. The repair options depend on where the leak is, how many there are and what the pipe looks like, and detection answers all three. Skipping it risks opening the wrong spot.
Can one visit cover detection and repair?
Sometimes, when the leak is easy to find and the fix is straightforward. More often the leak is located first, the options are explained and the repair is scheduled once you have approved a written scope.
Do you work on sewer or drain lines?
This site is about pressurized water supply lines under and around the slab. If detection shows that dampness is coming from a drain, we will tell you so you are not paying for the wrong fix.
